Maureen Brudzinski, M.Arch spent one career in international development working on social issues but feeling frustrated at not being able to build anything, and then another in architecture facing the opposite problem. Design thinking allows her to have the best of both worlds, bringing her design training to bear on social problems.
She loves watching people transform as they gain confidence in their ideas. She also knows balloons, pipe cleaners and tape can unlock the power to imagine real-world innovation.
